Privacy Policy

Your work. Your computer.

Website and hosting

This website serves static pages and assets through Google Firebase Hosting. It has no Sparky sign-in, payment form, advertising or analytics added by Sparky. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and secure the site. See Firebase’s privacy information.

Browser playground

Code entered into the playground is parsed and run in your browser. The playground does not upload that code to a Sparky server. A share link places the source code in the URL fragment: anyone you send it to can read it, and it may remain in your browser history. Do not include passwords or private information.

Theme preference

The website stores your selected light or dark appearance in your browser’s local storage under sparky-showcase-theme. Clear site data in your browser to remove this preference.

Native app and optional connections

Projects, drafts, settings and learning progress are stored locally by the app. This website cannot read those files. Optional AI requests can send the open file, relevant error and chat context to the provider you choose; review the request and the provider’s privacy terms. Updates, catalogs and optional tools also contact their respective services. Offline mode pauses these optional connections.

Contact information

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include. We use it to respond and handle your request. Please avoid sending passwords, API keys, private student data or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact email is handled by the email service provider.

Retention and requests

Device records remain until you remove them. Contact correspondence may be retained while a request is handled or where legally required. Email mohith2309@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We cannot remotely remove records stored only on your device.

For families and classrooms

Sparky does not require student accounts. Parents and teachers should help learners avoid sharing identifying information in programs, share links, emails or optional AI requests. Classroom controls are local app settings. Changes to processing will be described here with an updated date.
